Notification Events 10 / 10 On Order, message, return, seller, licence key, search alert, and cart recovery emails.
Email Templates 6 Subjects and message bodies can be adjusted below.

Email Delivery Method

Choose how marketplace emails are handled. Select SMTP Server to use the SMTP details below.

SMTP Details

Used only when Email Delivery Method is set to SMTP Server. SMTP is currently off.

Notification Events

Turn system emails on or off by workflow as each event is connected.

Email Branding

Control the logo and optional footer details that appear on marketplace emails.

Email Templates

Templates support placeholders such as {buyer_name}, {seller_name}, {order_id}, {order_total}, {carrier}, {tracking_number}, and {refund_amount}.

Send Sample Email

Use this to confirm the selected mail method and log entry before connecting more events.

Email Status

The safest default is Log / Preview Mode until real SMTP details are ready.
